Eric started in real estate in 2014, after working as an Engineer for Chrysler he decided there was more to life than working a traditional 40 hours in an office. He wanted to take control of his time and be there for his family. He discovered wholesaling on YouTube and started educating himself on that strategy initially. He purchased his first rental property in 2015 and continued to educate himself on wholesaling, eventually transitioning into buying and flipping. He then leveraged his capital and relationships to purchase more single family homes, which then led to purchasing a two-unit property. Most recently, he and his partners purchased a 52-unit apartment complex in a Class A neighborhood. He now focuses his time on building his portfolio with the goal of 1000 units and educating those who relate to his journey and want to learn similar to how he did. One property at a time.
